Same Jose.
Same day.
Every week.

Fifteen years mowing, edging, and keeping beds clean across Denton County. Flat rate per visit, no annual contract, and the man whose name is on the truck is the one who learns your yard the first week.

Text a photo of your yard and your address. Most quotes go out the same day.

What we do

Mowed, edged, blown, gone

Every weekly visit covers the same four things. Everything below that is priced on its own, and nothing gets added to your bill without a text first.

Weekly mowing

Mow, line-trim the fence and foundation, edge the walk and drive, blow every hard surface clean. Bermuda cut at 2 inches, St. Augustine at 3.5, raised in July and August so the turf shades its own roots.

From $45 a visit · lots to 1/4 acre

Bed maintenance

Hand-weeding, bed edges recut, and pre-emergent down in late February and again in early September. That second round is the one most people skip, and it is why their beds are full of poa annua by January.

From $35 a visit

Shrub and hedge trimming

Shaping, size reduction, and clearance cut back off the roof and walls. Crepe myrtles get thinned, not topped. Haul-off included.

Quoted per property

Seasonal cleanups

Leaf removal November through January, when the live oaks and post oaks finally let go, plus the March cut-back on ornamental grasses and perennials before new growth starts.

Quoted per property

Mulch and seasonal color

Hardwood or cedar mulch at two to three inches. Color swapped twice a year: pansies and snapdragons in October, lantana and vinca in May once night temperatures hold.

Material plus labor

Sod repair

Patching bare spots, shade damage, and the strip the trash truck kills every summer. Bermuda or St. Augustine squares, cut in level with the existing grade.

Where we run

Routes are built by neighborhood so the truck is not crossing I-35 four times a day. If you are outside this list but sitting on one of these roads, ask anyway.

How it goes

Three steps, then we leave you alone

1

Send a photo

Text your address and a picture of the front and back. We measure the lot from the county map and send a flat per-visit price, usually the same day.

2

Pick your day

First cut happens within a week. You get a standing day of the week based on which route you land on, and that day does not move unless it rains.

3

Pay at month end

One invoice by text at the end of the month covering the visits that actually happened. Card, Zelle, or check. Cancel any time with a week's notice.
